Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We regularly send order with same day shipping or next day shipping. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All orders are sent through Priority Mail. Most customers can expect their orders to be delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. Customers will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and when your order ships.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Purelistic CBD ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Purelistic CBD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Purelistic CBD is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping

Purelistic ships internationally using a different shipping carrier. Please anticipate a delivery time of approximately 14 business days or more.


Returns & Refund Policy

You can always send us an email letting us know about any problems or concerns you may have with your order, before you return anything, and we will be eager to assist you.


If you feel that you need to return any items purchased from our website, please visit the contact us page and kindly let us know your order number, items you are wishing to return, and we are always happy to hear why the return is being made if there is any reason. Make sure you have included your order number, name and telephone number for expedited service.

You will be instructed of what to do next at that time.

Return items received within 30 calendar days from the date you received your order will be accepted for a full money back refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


When your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be covered on us.
